removing all files from my computer???

I wish to download all fines on my present computer and move to 1pad2. want to completly wipe out  any records on my present computer. should i just down loadall and that will be ok. want no records on this computer that i will pass on to my sister. is changing harddrive the quickest way to insure security-that is having my sister purchase new harddrive.

Thats your best bet...new HDD ...install Windows fresh.
Remember to re-install all drivers...MBoard chipset drivers go 1st.
