    I would like to know if it is possible to install a USB3  PCi-E card on this board?
    I run windows 7 x64 with i7 920 Intel processor.

    Yes...
    Just did one for a client yesterday...quick and painless.
    Make sure the card has the appropiate drivers for the OS.
