Im just starting to get into Video Editing with my computer. I need to know what kind of setup I need in my computer to do this. I have a HP Vectra

Mainly I need to setup a VCR to connect to my computer and run videos in and edit them and then burn the videos onto discs. Do you think that the program Dazzle Fusion would be ok? Thanks for the help.
