Talking computer in Spanish

Is there a program either from microsoft or other that will do the same thing as microsoft sam the computer default voice where you type in the words and it speaks them back in English  except I would like Spanish instead?

On the following link go down to "technical details" and you will see some options for what you seek. However it may be that you will need to have your operating system (in your example Spanish) as your computers language before it can provide the service. As is the case in Microsoft SAM--if you want to use the Chinese SAM you MUST be using Windows O/S in Chinese.
