I've been getting an error message from Nero Kwik that "Nero Kwik Media has stopped working and to close. I emailed Tech Support about it, and I as instructed to rename two Nero files. I tried that and it didn't work. I used the command Prompt and tried the scan now option. That didn't work. I was then told that the .NET Framework was probably damaged. I uninstalled that and reinstalled it and I'm still having the same issue. Can anyone shed light on this problem? Here is the error message I'm getting as well.
