laptop stays hot

my laptop keeps heating up i try keping it cool but it stil hot the THRM runs up to 57 C the core 0# up to96 C and the assembly up to 40 C
how can i cool them? thank you

What cpu is in it...amd...always run hot..try a moblie fan near it...

My laptop was hot, cleaned the fan with compressed air and the problem was solved.

yes i have cheked for viruses and malware and i tried opening the laptop but i cant somthing holds it together

Take it to a shop and have it cleaned...

spain ill try cleaning the fan and by the way the hard drive gets the hotest

It really needs to be taken apart and blown out.  The fans should be disassembled and cleaned out w/ all air vents cleared.  Cleaning the old thermal grease out and applying a fresh layer of that will help.

The environment that the laptop is used in will make a difference.  Don't block the air vents on bottom.  a lot of people set laptops on their beds which blocks vents.
