I downthrottled using AMD Overdrive, put mobo speed from 200 mhz to 100 mhz and cpu multiplier from 20x to 10x.
Then i heard static in my headphones and the screen froze so i rebooted it says NTLDR MISSING, CTRLALTDELETE TO RESTART

Usually one would put the win7 cd, but i don't have a dvd reader on this computer, though i have one on another computer.

Is my only choice burning win7 from another computer?
