Memory Full

My ME PC tells me memory is full.
But nothing is running and I recently doubled the memory capacity. If I do ContrAltDel I get the following:
Systray
Loadqm
Rundll32
Avhcc32
Createcd50
Espmain
Winmgmt
MS Office Shortcut Bar
Explorer

- nothing obvious to me!
Help please

ok do the usual disk clean up defrag....then  right click-  the my computer icon /  properties click the performance tab/virtual memory ...let windows manage my settings see if the box for that is ticked? what software do you have norton anti-virus? and use this>http://www.webroot.com/wb/products/spysweeper/index.php?rc=266&ac=427
