    Hi, I got a Dell Inspiron 660 for Christmas, it's a Windows 8, 1TB, 6GB Ram, intel i3, Intel HD Graphics, and I bought GTA IV from steam, do you think my PC could run it at lowest settings?

        u might be able to run it above the lowest settings depending on what i3 u have.
        Try it out i am know cuirios on how it`ll run
