When i double click on my interactual player I just get an error message- unable to locate dLL. What does that mean and what can i do to correct it so interactual player will work. Thank you for your time and help

If you've been able to use this player without the DLL error it's likely your install is corrupt, not done properly, or does not have all the necessary programs to run properly.

I would first suggest trying to install the player again and install everything during the install, if that doesn't work make sure it is not dependant on any other programs.

    For the sure shot approach:

    First uninstall then install.
