Sounds as if it is not just photobucket having problems, based off your MSN search error. I tried accessing photobucket and had no problems.  Therefore I would assume it is one of the below issues.

1. You're Internet service provider is having issues with their DNS server, which resolves the names of all the addresses on the Internet. Unfortunately something like this could only be determined by contacting your ISP.

2. Firewall or other security settings on your router or software programs installed on your computer is causing pages to be blocked. Sounds like you've disabled your firewall so my only other suggestion would be to disable any other security programs such as your virus scanner (programs like Norton have their own firewall), Windows XP firewall (assuming you have windows XP), etc.

3. You're encountering browser issues, either the browser itself is bad or you have Spyware or ranother browser add/on the computer causing issues. To help determine this issue you may want to try an alternative browser such as Firefox (http://www.firefox.com)
