Alright as the topic sentence says I'm having a bit of an issue I'm running a Toshiba satellite L355-S7907 the OS is Windows 7. The issue I'm having is the laptop after it passes the splash screen it immediately shows a black screen with only a mouse nothing else, I can not CTRL+ALT+DEL I can not put it into safe mode and last known config. fails to work. This has started happening when I updated steam and restarted the machine. I'd appreciate the help if anyone can.
