    how to fix message windows could'not find "c:users\user\appdata\roaming\adobe\flash player\file cache\rss.exe" during start up?

    Download and run Mike Lin's Startup Control Panel (http://www.mlin.net/StartupCPL.shtml). Uncheck any entry related to that error (rss.exe).
