Help! My Pc Kept Being Port Scanned From Some Chinese Guys

Dear all,

A few weeks ago, I visited some Chinese web site for low priced dresses and had made the payments accordingly.
It happened a few days ago after I had sent a few emails to the Chinese people asking them the reasons why I still had not received the goods. They did not make any replies to my emails but the following days, my PC firewall kept popping up some messages warning that my PC was attacked by some Port Scan from these IPs.

115.230.125.130
115.230.125.131
122.226.102.194

I want to talk to the guys from the above IPs, but I don't know how to do it, because I only know their IPs.
Are there any software out there for PC user to type in an IP and then the user can talk to the guy of the IP accordingly?
Whenever my PC is turned on and open a web site, then my PC will be suffering from port scan by the above IPs.
I just want to let these Chinese guys know that I am not rich and I do not have any money for them,
please do not attack my PC because the attacks made my network connection slow down and I could not open any web sites in 10 seconds since they attack my PC..

Hello and welcome to Computer Hope Forum. My name is Dave. I will be helping you out with your particular problem on your computer.

1. I will be working on your Malware issues. This may or may not solve other issues you have with your machine.

7. Absence of symptoms does not mean that everything is clear.

If you can't access the internet with your infected computer you will have to download and transfer any programs to the computer you're using now and transfer them to the infected computer with a CD-RW or a USB storage device. I prefer a CD because a storage device can get infected. If you use a storage device hold the shift key down while inserting the USB storage device for about 10 secs. You will also have to transfer the logs you receive back to the good computer using the same method until we can get the computer back on-line.

Here is some more information about that IP address but I seriously doubt it will do much good talking to them. We should run some scans on your computer to make sure it's clean.

I play Candy Crush sometimes, I am not sure if they installed any bad things to my PC when I am on Facebook.
Could you suggest good online anti-virus web site for me to locate the malware in my PC?

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode onto your Desktop.

Before starting AdwCleaner, close all open programs and internet browsers, then double-click on the AdwCleaner icon.



If Windows prompts you as to whether or not you wish to run AdwCleaner, please allow it to run.

Please download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware from here.
Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Full Scan", then click Scan.
  
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Extra Note)
• Please save the log to a location you will remember.
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
• Copy and paste the entire report in your next reply.

Extra Note:

If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove,you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts,click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process. If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.
