Installing Mini PCI-Express Card

I have inserted my mini pci-e card into its respective slot. My computer detects for few seconds and then it is undetected.

mini pcie to pcie wireless adapter.

but before installing drivers it has to be detected first?

Install the drivers...if they don't pick it up then it's defective and should be returned...
