Abondoned website

I have Windows10. I have received a phone number which belonged to a now defunct business. I receive numerous calls for this old business. It's website is still up. My number is listed on the site. Cannot contact anyone at this defunct business. How can this website be taken down

It is easier to get a new phone number.
Much easier. Believe me.
I had an 800 numbers once used by a company in Florida. I called them up and tried to explain it, but it did not make any difference.

Even after the web site goes dark, you would continue to get calls.

Get a new number.

Other people are doing just that. And it means more and more numbers are becoming orphans. So soon north America will have a phone number shortage. 
How long will it be until we run out of phone numbers in the United States?
And even the UK.
