I want black font on light backgroun for icon titles.

In Windows 7 my desktop looks like this:

Like others my age, I suffer from lo vision.The puffy cloud effect of the icon titles makes them hard to read.
This is what I need.
Black on light title.. No puff fluffy stuff.
Any suggestions?
