Upgrade from Windows 8.1 to 10

I have an Operating System of Windows 8.1 Single Language. For what all other types Windows 10 editions am I eligible? or can i download any windows 10 edition (such as home-n,pro,pro-n etc).

Another Question is When I keep it for upgrade, it takes long time to download 1% as I have Internet speed of approximately 3000 KiloBytes per Second. Is it normal?

No, the download should go at about the top speed of your connection, unless there is some kine of network issue.

Also, there are some issues with downloading  an ISO of Windows 10 in some parts of the world. Some features are not allowed in some places.
