 :'(  i need to know if someone can help me find a program that will allow me to delete cookies(tmp internet files) from other user profiles, without having to log in as that user.  I tried ccleaner and it would only allow me to clean the actual person that is logged in.  can anyone please help???

Without the permissions set to allow this i'm afraid you're out of luck...
Are you the Admin of these accounts/machines ? ?
