    Windows 10 help
    « on: July 15, 2016, 06:45:26 AM »
Recently I wiped my PC clean, but when it asked me to do the basic settings, date/time etc. My mouse and keyboard didn't work so I tried to reset it again but then this time there was an error so i restarted my PC but now my PC has a blank/black screen when starting up and basically stuck in a boot loop
If anyone has any idea please let me know how to fix :)
    -Was running windows 10
    -ASRock motherboard
I will find out my system specs tomorrow, it's pretty late right now.

Do you have recovery media to repair Windows or install fresh OS again?

How and why did you "wipe your PC clean"? And what was your intent regarding getting a new OS installed?

Using the Windows 10 reset in settings, and I did it because well long story short, PC had been crashing, possibly due to a virus (could have used a program, but just to be sure)
