    My dell laptop has been taken over by windows 10. I am locked out. I have down a password reset via my microsoft account. Did not help. I have tried the programs which are suppose to reset the window's password. This came close, but no cigar. I really do not want to reinstall microsoft. Any suggestions as to how I can convince windows 10 that I am a nice person and mean no harm?
