Post a screenshot of Disk Management.

That Hynix HBG4e is a built-in 32 GB solid state drive. This is some kind of netbook or ultra light laptop? Maybe an HP Stream? Is it working OK?

It's a laptop/tablet hybrid. It works fine, it's just that the drive wasn't there before and i can't open it

You say the drive wasn't "there" before? Wasn't where? If you go to My Computer, what do you see? Could you tell us the brand and model?

Sorry, I meant "This PC". You see Local Disk C and also another disk? What size is this new disk? Also, what is the maker and model?

I see local disk C and  disk drive called: SYSTEM(Z;).
                There's 199 MB free of  256 MB

That is your EFI System partition on your SSD. The first partition reading from the left (size 260 MB) that you see in your screen shot in your reply #6 above. It has always been there on the disk. What has happened is that Windows has started making it visble in This PC with a drive letter (Z:). This has been happening to a lot of people since around August this year (2016) and is believed to be a bug in a Windows update from around that time. It is nothing to worry about. Don't delete it! (I don't think the system will let you).
