Using Group Policy on my own pc. Windows 10
    « on: September 10, 2017, 07:58:58 AM »
    Hi all,

I know that using AD is good for applying restrictions.  Whats the best way to restrict a new user I have created on my home pc.  For example using:
    Quote
gpedit.msc > User Configuration > System > Prevent access to the command prompt

If I enable this it will block myself as well as the other user.  What is the best way to use this.  I've created a new group, MyFunkyNewGroup (working title lol),  in compmgmt.msc under groups and I was going to add the new user to this group.

How to I set priviledges to the new group so that I can just use any new profiles I add.

Am I on the right track?  Any help would be great.

    Thanks!
