How do i Switch USer accounts

With windows xp i decided to put a password on my user account so only i could sign in but i put the password on and now i forget mp password so i cant get into my user.  The only user i can get into is the quest but i cant change anything in their to allow me to get into or change my passwor dbecuase its not an administrative account.  Soemone plz help

Pretty poor planning. But go to www.google.com and type in "forgot administrator password on XP" and press enter.
