     Hey I just bought Samsung - 390 Series 24" LED Curved FHD FreeSync Monitor - High glossy black today at best buy is it normal for one side to be warm.

    yes, slightly warm is normal.too hot that you couldn't leave your fingers on it would be concerning.
    I have 2 Samsung 22" LCD's and both have a warm spot in the top right corner (when looking at them from the back).
