Any command line text editor with Unicode support?

    Hi!

I need to use Unicode text editor in command line.
I found Micro editor and there is active Unix encoding - in help I found not any encoding change.
Exist any editor with Unicode or multiple encoding support?
    Even maybe 16-bit for DOS?

    Thank you for help.
