I often copy and paste a graphical object into Microsoft Paint. Noticed a sudden option change. After pasting an object I typically see it at the upper left corner of the screen. Then, I would drag and drop the object. This has continued to work for larger objects (in size). However, for a small object (e.g., pasting a Greek letter), I place the curse over the object but the cursor no longer changes to a "drag mode" (ready to drag). I stay at "resize".  Is there a way to reset all option to default???

I think it's only due to the fact that your pasted object it's so small that inadvertedly you click on its "resize" active edges.
