Howto expand my browser

I try to open a picture or video and it says expand browser to view.
I've tried 3 browsers and they all say the same. Is my computer at fault here?

You should try VIEW IMAGE extension. It might help you.

I've only seen this once and I was using Chrome at the time. Hit F11 to enter full-screen mode. Hit F11 again to leave full-screen mode when you no longer need it.

1. Press Alt+Space to bring up the window menu, press S to choose the Size option,
2. Use the arrow keys to resize the window, and lastly enter to confirm.
3. Click the Maximize button in the top right corner of the window.
4. Click the title bar and drag the window to the left, top, or right edge of the desktop.

To do that you can click F11 button or in the Fullscreen icon in  More Options (three vertical dots) at rightmost to the Zoom option. This way you can expand the browser
