Want screen lock off

I can't turn off screen lock what am I doing wrong. The swipe and none is grayed out?

2) Tell us what kind of phone it is.

Sorry, I was going to put in other than I thought a smartphone is a computer and is a software issue. I was able to fix it myself all I needed to do was clear credentials. I should have mention it is android 5.0.
