Windows 10 just now ate my desktop.
« on: March 25, 2020, 03:12:48 PM »
For a long time Windows 10 has never ever stolen my desktop. Now is has.
No longer can I hit the start button and see desktop icons, What I mean is the traditional desktop that yuou would have in Windows 7. I do no like the metro view. I want my own icons and I want the ones I want the way I want them.

Up  to now, I could flip back and forth from the desktop legacy to whatever they call the new thing. Do you know what I mean? I can not make a screen shot because it is not there anymore.

The things I try do not work. I have  no options.  ???

WAIT ! At last I found it,
 - but I can never explain it to anybody
 - It is hard to believe.  ::)
