Im so lost and confused.

I have a toshiba laptop windows 7 ultimate. I did a system restore and it locked me out. I dont have a disk or another computer. The administrator user isnt active either. When i go into boot menu there isnt an option torestore or for administrator. The user name on here is Barefoot and the password hint is struggle. He bought it about 5 years ago at a pawn shop so i assume its whoever had it before my husband and i have no idea how to get into it. Can anyone help me please. Thank you

Try another (Earlier) restore point in SAFE MODE.
How to do system restore in safe mode Windows 7?

    Start your computer, and press the F8 key repeatedly before showing the Windows logo.
    Select Safe Mode under the Advanced Boot Options.
    Click Start menu > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore to summon the next window.
