Rockstar Launcher Won't Play GTA: SA

[Flying Toaster]

I downloaded the Rockstar launcher program and GTA: SA during the free promotion. Worked fine back then.
Now when I try to play it instead of Play Game it says Play On Disc. I try that, the icon switches to Exit Game and nothing happens.

Please help.

Where did the launcher program come from? Steam or elsewhere?

Directly from Rockstar I think.
