Error when starting almost any program/application

I get this error error when starting almost all programs installed on my computer. Adobe reader for example (although after clicking OK the pdf opens normally) but for others i am unable to start the programs . I only started getting this recently, even on programs that used to work previously. I also used to get another .dll error whenever i start my pc but i stoped getting it (I didn't change anything btw). This is an HP computer if that matters

Hi, thanks for that, but i have a question: How do I know which update causes the issue? I have 2 updates that i actually can uninstall , one is from before i started getting the error and one from a while after is started getting it

I am not sure, you need to uninstall and reinstall the software again. But remember that when you install the software just disable your antivirus first.
