I wasn't able to log onto the internet. I tried opening google chrome but it wasn't there. I tried typing google chrome in my search box and nothing would show up. I tried Internet Explorer and typed it in the search box and nothing would show up. I couldn't log into IE, Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. Can somebody please tell me what's wrong?
