Installing Photoshop 7 Help.

I am trying to install photoshop 7 and when I click on setup it goes to 99% and then nothing happens. Please help.

what operating system is this happening on...was it downloaded from the net or is it on cdrom disk...

Da Kidd...... "was it downloaded from the net or is it on cdrom disk.." Merlin's point is important .......because if you are attempting to load a retail version which you purchased ......the disk may be bad in which case .....take it back to your dealer and exchange it ( that is a very expensive program) If you d/l it , I would suggest that you D/l it again or look for another D/l source. Again if you D/l it and then burned it to disk try and reburn another disk .
