Can I change 10tb disk to gpt if bios doesn't support uefi?

The bios only needs to support eufi if the drive is the boot drive. If you convert the drive to GPT as a data drive no problem.

At the moment it's split into two partitions; one is 2047.51 GB, the other 7266 GB. I swapped the 10tb drive from another computer which stopped working. There isn't an option for uefi in the bios. It's the only drive with boot.  Does this mean I can't make one gpt partition?

Forgot to add, the 7266 GB partition is currently unallocated.

With the partitions you presently have you can make a 7 TB GPT partition and format NTFS.
