Mozilla Thunderbird keeps asking for Password.

Thunderbird kept asking for the Password for my Hotmail Account. As it was the old version of it I had I uninstalled it. I then installed the latest version Thunderbird 11.5.0.1 Supernova 64 BIt.
It has started to ask for the Password again.

I am running Windows Ten Pro 64 2H2 Build 19045.3208

How can I fix this thanks?

Give it the password and twill save it if you allow.
When you un  installed the old version, yo might have lost the saved password
