The method involved adding the letters I want to free up, to the 'value data' of Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\Disabled Hotkeys. Is there a more reliable method ? Other methods do not distinguish between using the left and the right WIN key, and most aim to kill ALL combinations - something I specifically do NOT want to do.
