Auto Signatures jpg files in MS Outlook

I have an Auto signature set up in my MS Outlook. It is a typed in signature with a jpg file of my signature above my name. I have is set to use the same auto signature for both new and replies and forwards. It works fine when I send a new email.

The problem is there are certain people that when I reply to them the jpg file does not display or send. Other people it goes back to them in the reply just fine. It is a selective thing to certain people even internally to my company. All the people are using MS Outlook 2003 sp2. Why do some it goes and some it doesn't?

bnovacek   It almost sounds as if it may have to do with the way that everyone has their ..... "MS Outlook 2003 sp2" set up ........
