I have bought a usb data cable for a sharp gx20 mobile phone. The cable is installed correctly with the right drivers and is showing in the device manager as installed on port com4 with no conflicts. However when I go into the handset manager all I get is a message telling me the programme is trying to connect with the handset. I'm sure there is a software issue somewhere but I can't seem to find it Any ideas or help greatly appreciated.
