installing realtek drivers

I have downloaded some drivers for my ethernet card card but there are only three .sys files and no executables. How do I install these files?

I doubt that is all you need, but go to Control Panel/System/Device Manager and highlight the network card and choose properties. There is a tab to reinstall drivers. Just point to the location where these files are and tell us what happens.
