I cannot dfragment my computer - It pops up but it doen't defragment -Can anyone help me please Thank You

You have to tell it to start. It should also do a scan before the defrag actually starts to see how fragged it is.

i run scan disk 3 times and then defrag each time it gets to10 percent and telle me that i need to run scandisk. this is an me machine

Run both Scandisk and Defrag in safe mode.
