I have to click on this tabs multiple times when they become highlighted, i do
not know how to make them not do this, could you give me any type of solution so
i can get rid of this promlem (when i click on sumthing i want to to do it
straight away, i have to click these tabs about 3 or 4 times before they come
back up and sometimes it doesnt even come up then i have to minimize everthing
to see what i want/need to see)

Not sure what the problem is, but I can tell you that excessive "clicking" will only slow the process. Every time you click, you're sending a command to the processor. The more clicks, the more commands, the longer time frame for the system to catch up with you.

Programs that load up in the background will always load with highlighted tabs like this; usually they revert to normal the first time you click on them (bring them to the foreground).  You should only need to click on them once, and ech program should not revert to that highlighted look (unless you close and reopen later).

If this does not accurately decribe your problem, perhaps you could provide a few more details.  How long has this been happening?  Have you made any changes?  Etc.
Only able to visit the forums sporadically, sorry.
