Free Webcam Software?

Is there any free webcam software that anyone knows of here?
I don't want to just download a Google result one simply because its hard to trust any software with your FTP access information....

Anyone know some trustable software?

Thanks for the plug, Mark!    Unfortuantely I don't think I've come across anything suitable for web cameras as yet...    Possibly VLC may be able to do this - not sure.

Well, you see, this post is for someone else. I will ask them....
Other than that, most webcam software (for messengers and whatnot) don't always come with live webcam server software....
