Three Window XP programs

I accidently downloaded Three Windows XP programs on my computer, how do I get rid of two of them?

When I turn my laptop on, this is the screen that I come accross:

Windows XP
Windows XP
Windows XP Profesional

I can click on any of the three and take me to the program

You need to load Windows again but this time choose to format the drive prior to installation, or you will have 4 copies. There are other ways to resolve this, but frankly if you have already got three versions installed it may well be beyond you.

Do you get asked this before Windows has loaded, and do you mean you have to select with the arrow keys rather than click with a mouse? If so sounds like you've got multiple OS installed.
