I was installing the Shockwave Plugin for FireFox. You know the End-User agreement, that nobody reads? It's kinda like this:

      Quote
      REALNETWORKS, INC.

      END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

      REALNETWORKS PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

      REDISTRIBUTION NOT PERMITTED

License for RealNetworks Products and Services

IMPORTANT -- READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE: This License Agreement for certain RealNetworks Products and Services ("License Agreement" or "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and RealNetworks, Inc. and its suppliers and licensors (collectively "RN" or "RealNetworks") for: the RealNetworks software which may include components provided by suppliers and licensors to RN ("Software") and/or RealNetworks services ("Services").  The Software may include any of the following RealNetworks products including any combination of such products and Alpha, Beta, trial, pre-release, free, pay and premium versions of the products (collectively, "RN Products"): RealPlayer, RealPlayer Plus, RealJukebox and RealPlayer for Pocket PC.  You may install only ONE copy of the Software.  The Services may include RN's Real Services.  The Services include product upgrades, support and access to content as described.  You may only receive the Services if you are a Service subscriber in good standing with a valid, authorized credit card on file with RealNetworks, or if you are in the trial period of the Services.  By clicking on the "Accept" button, installing, copying or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, CLICK ON THE "CANCEL" BUTTON AND/OR DO NOT INSTALL THE SOFTWARE.

Well, it was a blank screen.

Did you agree to it or not? (Like there is ever any choice.)

It's a wonder the ACLU hasn't been to the Supreme Court about this.

You should be given at least 5 choices.

Yes or No -I Agree or Disagree it's just too harsh.  ;D

Is that in Firefox? Firefox can't display Macromedia flash properties either when right clicked. Well weird. But since it hasn't been fixed yet, I assume no one misses it. I certainly don't miss being able to enable a webcam when surfing the web.  :P

I have been able to view Flash properties in Firefox, but it was not always this way.  I've never really tried to view Flash properties in Firefox until today, due to only recently having started using Firefox.  Initially, if I right clicked on Flash, Settings was greyed-out.  I selected About Adobe Flash Player 9, which opened a Firefox window for Adobe Flash Player.  I progressed to two other pages on Adobe's site, came back to the Yahoo page, from which I had first tried to open Flash player settings, right clicked on the Flash component in the page again, and, this time, Settings was available.  I made a screen print, which can be seen >here<

:-?  I'm looking at the same messages here as you.  My eyesight is fine.  Would care to state exactly where they are?

It's a joke. Try clicking on the "next" button to see the EULA.
