Ram USB Drive
« on: October 25, 2006, 09:02:31 PM »
Hello,

I am looking to add RAM to my computer for editing of large video and music files, however I think that regular ram memory is kind of expensive so I was wondering if there are any way to convert a flash drive into ram in windows xp, I think that this feature exists in windows Vista but I don't want to upgrade yet.

Thanks

If you are talking about a RAM drive, I guess that is possible, but it would be slower than motherboard RAM and tedious to set up. Personally I wouldn't consider it.

How much RAM do you have?
