salam all

my PC is shutting down after i start it,then it
restart itself and tells me that there is a
"Checksum error" with two options "F1"=continue
and "Del" to enter the setup menu..the PC is working
normally in windows after i choose to continue though
the clock is wrong...i have recently got an a LG DVD-RW and
connected it with the same cable of the Hard Disk as
a slave..while the Hard Disk is Master..i also have
two other CD-ROMS(Asus+LG) connected to the motherboard as
Master and Slave..anyone can help me with the problem?
my mother board is "Albatron PX865PE Lite"

A checksum error is a weak or bad CMOS battery.

3V Lithium Battery. Take your old one out and take it to the store with you to make sure you get the correct one.
