Reading between the lines, Soybean's is also understandable.
Us old guys that have a Windows OS, and are used to it, and just hate change,
and perhaps somewhat intimidated by new upgrades (XP) tend to hang onto things that work.
I have quite a few toys that only work with 98SE (camera, scanner, printers etc.) and XP does
not support these old babies. (I have checked)
With all that said, I do have an old (3 yrs) homebuilt XP Pro system in a Compaq SFF with new motherboard and
3.2 CPU (barebones otherwise) that will play my music (also old) and Perry Como sounds pretty good
using MP10.
Oh-----MP7.1 running OK on my 98 system
P.S. My old 1966 Ford fastback still runs real well, hope I never have to replace the 5 speed lol.
