runtime error

I am trying to install a bt voyager 105 to enable broadband,but keep getting runtime error temp\gsiInst,exe.Any ideas of how to fix this problem.If so,please make explanation as simple as possible.

Why not call BT's support line?  Sounds like a problem with the installation software.
